How Our Return Process Works

• if a firework product does not fully ignite.
• to dispose of it properly.

If your item requires further disposal

If your item requires a further disposable method, please bring the remains to the East Montpelier office location further hazmat disposable.

How to request a return for a defective item

If you need to return a defective item, please contact us with:

1. Your order number
2. Details about the product you would like to return.

Hazardous disposal fee

A $50 hazardous disposable fee will be required upon return.

We will respond as soon as possible with instructions for how to dispose of the defective firework and make your return.
