Release Agreement

Before You Purchase

This merchandise is sold upon the representation of the buyer that it will be used strictly in accordance with federal law, and the laws of Vermont and any other state of destination. 

It is the buyer’s obligation to be aware of federal, state, and local laws related to the use and possession of merchandise purchased from Northstar Fireworks, and to follow them. This merchandise being sold is regulated by federal and state laws because of its inherent dangerous properties. 

By purchasing regulated merchandise from Northstar Fireworks, and signing this document, buyer agrees that he/she is aware of the dangers of fireworks and willing to assume full legal responsibility for the purchase, possession, and use of this merchandise as such.

Seller assumes no liability and buyer agrees to indemnify and hold seller harmless against any and all liability including, but not limited to arrest, accident or injury occasioned during the transportation, handling, storage, sale or use of the merchandise buyer, or any other person.

The Buyer specifically agrees he/she will not sue the seller or any agent for any claims of any nature or kind that may arise from the buyers use, storage, transportation, or resale of the seller’s merchandise. 

By signing this release, buyer certifies that he/she executed it freely and voluntarily for the purpose of protecting the seller from future potential legal liability for the buyer’s possession and use of the merchandise sold.

Furthermore, the buyer understands and acknowledges the significance and consequences of his/hers specific intention to release any and all future claims against Northstar Fireworks.

Buyer further agrees that once fireworks leave Northstar Fireworks premises, owners or employees will not be responsible for any loss of merchandise due to violation of federal, state and local laws relating to its possession and use. $50 hazmat disposable fee required by all customers who wishes to have Northstar Fireworks dispose malfunctioned products.

All orders must be picked up within 14 days or it will become available for resale.

By signing this release agreement, I hereby certify that I am 18 years of age or older.
